How do I register for a regatta?
Create an account or log in, then go to My Account. Choose “Apply as team” if you’re racing with a crew, or “Apply as solo sailor” if you’re racing individually. For multi-day series, one application covers all the stages of that event.
What's the difference between "Apply as team" and "Apply as solo sailor"?
Applying as a team registers your boat and crew under a team name. Applying as a solo sailor puts you on the “Looking for Crew” list, where teams looking for an extra crew member can find you.
I want to join a team that already exists — how do I do that?
Choose “Apply as team” and enter the exact same team name your teammates used. You’ll be added to that existing entry automatically — you don’t need the team captain to add you first.
Is there a limit to how many people can be on a team?
Yes, up to 5 sailors per team, including the skipper.
Where do I find the Notice of Race, Sailing Instructions, or Class Rules?
These are published on the event’s page in the calendar once the organiser uploads them, usually a few days before racing.
Can I cancel my entry after registering?
Yes, from My Events or the Regatta tab in your account. If you’re part of a team, only your own spot is removed — the rest of the team stays registered. If you’re the only member of your team, the whole entry is cancelled.
