5.2 Independent Sailing / Charter
For unsupervised sailing or charter:

- Liability is limited to actual repair or replacement cost.
6. Weather Conditions
The Company reserves the right to postpone or reschedule sessions due to unsafe weather or safety concerns. Rescheduling will be offered where reasonably possible.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms may vary by program. General principles:
- Participant cancellations may be subject to notice requirements.
- School cancellations due to safety or weather will be rescheduled where possible.
- No refund for voluntary withdrawal after program commencement.
8. Regattas
Participants agree to follow race rules, accept race committee decisions, respect competitors, and comply with safety protocols. Additional regatta-specific rules may apply.
9. Corporate Events
Corporate bookings require a signed agreement and may require deposit or pre-payment. Damage responsibility agreements apply.
10. Fleet Management and Charter
Separate agreements may apply for long-term fleet use, charter arrangements, and commercial usage.
